Suryaa Business Desk: Online food delivery platform Zomato has introduced a new service titled 'Limitless Delivery,' allowing customers to order food from restaurants located up to 40 kilometers away. Previously, delivery options were restricted to restaurants in closer proximity to the user.

This service has been launched in seven major metropolitan cities: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Pune. Zomato CEO Aditya Mangla stated that the initiative aims to provide customers access to a wider range of food outlets across these cities. The company clarified that 40 kilometers is the maximum limit and noted that the service is limited to select outlets rather than all restaurants within that range.

Users can access this feature through the Zomato app by selecting the 'Limitless Delivery' shortcut under the 'Explore More' section on the homepage. Alternatively, users can search for specific restaurants via the app's search bar to see if they fall within the long-distance service range. The company indicated that delivery times for these orders may be longer than standard deliveries due to the increased distance.
