Suryaa Telangana Desk: Vikarabad District Collector Deepak Tiwari on Wednesday inspected the EVM godown located on the Tahsildar office premises at the district headquarters. During the inspection, he thoroughly checked the rooms where EVMs, ballot units, control units, and other election materials are stored.
The Collector reviewed the functioning of the CC cameras installed at the godown and directed the officials concerned to take special precautions to ensure there is no negligence regarding EVM security. He also verified the security and maintenance registers and signed them. Election section supervisor Naimat Hali, the Tahsildar, and other staff members were present during the visit.
