Suryaa Entertainment Desk: Producer Dheeraj Mogilineni has expressed concern regarding the audience response to small-budget films in Tollywood. Speaking at a press meet for his recent production, Summer Holidays, the producer stated that audiences are hesitant to watch films with good content in theaters.

Mogilineni noted that while viewers often praise trailers on social media, many choose to wait for OTT releases, which leads to financial losses for producers. He emphasized that a film involves the hard work of many technicians and significant investment. He urged audiences to move beyond social media comments and reviews, encouraging them to visit theaters with their families to support mid-range and small films.

According to the producer, supporting such films is essential for encouraging new experiments in the industry. He described Summer Holidays, directed by Srikar Nayan, as a film that captures childhood memories and stated that the team took a risk with the project in the hope that audiences would support films with emotional themes.
