Suryaa News Desk: NTR District Collector Dr. G. Lakshmisha announced that the Election Commission of India has provided an opportunity for eligible voters previously removed under the Absent, Shifted, Dead, and Duplicate (ASDD) categories to regain their voting rights. This process is part of the Special Integrated Revision (SIR-2026), with names to be included in the final voter list scheduled for publication on November 30.

Lists of ASDD voters who have not received enumeration forms will be available at polling stations, village panchayat offices, municipal offices, Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) offices, and relevant websites. Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will distribute partially filled enumeration forms, and these forms can also be downloaded via ECI-Net using the old Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC) number.

Voters who have not changed their residence may submit the enumeration form along with a completed Annexure-B verification certificate to their BLO or ERO, or submit them online. Voters who have shifted their residence within the state are required to submit the enumeration form along with Annexure-C and proof of their new address to the ERO or Assistant ERO of the new constituency, without the need for Form-8. For homeless individuals, the inquiry report provided by the BLO will be considered as verification.

Individuals who have already submitted Form-6 do not need to re-apply. Once their application is approved, they will be assigned their previous EPIC number. Collector Dr. G. Lakshmisha urged all eligible voters to utilize this opportunity by submitting the necessary documents to ensure their names are included in the final voter list.
