Suryaa Telangana Desk: Kattula Suresh, a construction worker from Kalimera village in Kattangur mandal, recently passed away due to illness. Following his death, Kalimera Sarpanch Thotakuri Jalaja Yadaiah brought the family's situation to the attention of Government Whip and local MLA Vemula Veeresham.
In response to the Sarpanch's initiative, MLA Vemula Veeresham directed support for the family. Subsequently, former ZPTC Mada Yadagiri, Kattangur Congress Mandal President Sunkaraboyina Venkanna, and former Congress Mandal President Pedda Sukkayya Goud visited the family in Kalimera. They provided Rs 51,000 in financial assistance and expressed their support for the family.
Villagers and party members acknowledged the efforts of Sarpanch Thotakuri Jalaja Yadaiah in coordinating the assistance. Former referendum Sarpanch Gaddapati Danayya, former Deputy Sarpanch Thandu Giribabu, and Congress leader Pinnapureddy Madhusudan Reddy were also present to offer their condolences.
