Suryaa Telangana Desk: District Collector Koya Sreeharsha has directed officials to prioritize the safety, health, and holistic development of children requiring care. On Monday, the Collector inaugurated a newly established Shishugruha located on the Balasadan premises in Sultanabad.
Speaking at the event, the Collector stated that the objective of the Shishugruha is to provide a safe shelter for orphaned, abandoned, or children lacking parental care. He instructed that children under the age of six must be provided with affectionate care, quality nutrition, and medical facilities. Furthermore, he emphasized creating a pleasant environment for the children and ensuring that eligible individuals are provided with a family atmosphere through the legal adoption process to secure their future.
Child Welfare Committee members, Municipal Commissioner Ramesh, CDPO Anita, Senior Assistant Satyanarayana, District Child Protection Officer Jitender, and Balasadan staff participated in the program.
