Suryaa News Desk: Parvathipuram Manyam District Collector and District Election Officer Dr. N. Prabhakar Reddy announced that the municipal election polling process in the district was completed in a peaceful, free, fair, and transparent manner.
The District Collector stated that the administration had made robust arrangements for the conduct of the elections. Necessary infrastructure, including drinking water, electricity, and sanitation facilities, was provided at all polling stations to ensure voters could exercise their franchise without difficulty. Polling materials and instructions were distributed to the election staff.
Security arrangements were implemented under the supervision of the police department, with personnel deployed at polling stations and special surveillance maintained in sensitive areas. According to reports received from relevant officials, the coordination between the district administration, police, and election staff ensured the process concluded without any untoward incidents.
Dr. Prabhakar Reddy expressed his gratitude to the voters, presiding officers, assistant presiding officers, polling staff, micro-observers, police personnel, municipal staff, sanitation workers, health department staff, and other officials for their cooperation. He also thanked the representatives of print and electronic media, political party representatives, and all participants involved in the election process. The District Collector emphasized the importance of every citizen exercising their right to vote and requested continued cooperation in upholding democratic values in future elections.
