Nalgonda MP Kunduru Raghuveer Reddy assured residents that those who did not receive houses in the current phase would be covered in subsequent rounds. He announced the allocation of funds from his parliamentary quota for a library and an outdoor gymnasium in the housing colony, as well as the sanctioning of a bridge under Damaracherla-Rajapet.

District Collector B. Chandrashekhar stated that the 560 houses were built across 24 blocks on 7 acres and 24 guntas of land.
