Suryaa Telangana Desk: Malkajgiri MP Eatala Rajender stated that the Cherlapally industrial area hosts approximately 2,000 industries, providing employment to one lakh people. He suggested that youth completing their education should be provided with training in skills required by these industries. He proposed that establishing a special fund with the participation of entrepreneurs would benefit unemployed youth.
Expressing concern, Rajender noted that some youth are turning to drugs due to a lack of proper employment opportunities. He mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working towards the goal of a drug-free India. He remarked that while the state government is taking measures under the name 'Eagle,' it has not been able to fully curb the supply of drugs. He emphasized the need for strict action regarding allegations of drug sales occurring in schools and colleges.
Rajender stated that the central government is providing full support to the 'Make in India' initiative and expressed his desire for the industries in the Cherlapally area to develop further. He advised industry managements to focus on industrial development alongside providing employment and skill training opportunities for local youth.
