Suryaa Telangana Desk: The Gitam School of Business is organizing a two-day management development program aimed at enhancing financial knowledge and practical skills for effective business decision-making. The program, titled "From Numbers to Strategy: Financial Knowledge for Managerial Skills," will be held in a hybrid format on the 19th and 20th of this month under the guidance of the Accounting and Finance Department.
The initiative is designed for managers and professionals who do not have a formal background in finance. The curriculum will provide practical insights into financial analysis, cost structures, budgeting, investment evaluation, capital allocation, and return on investment. Participants will develop decision-making skills through the study of real-world business scenarios and case studies.
The program will be conducted by Dr. Sushobhan Pal and Dr. Merugu Venugopal from the Gitam School of Business Accounting and Finance Department.
