Suryaa Entertainment Desk: It is common in the film industry for roles to be offered to various actors before being finalized. Recently, reports have surfaced regarding director Nitesh Tiwari’s mythological film, Ramayana, suggesting that Pan-India star Prabhas was initially approached for the role of Ravana.
It is reported that the director considered Prabhas for the role due to his mass image and screen presence. However, it is understood that Prabhas declined the offer. Reasons cited include his prior portrayal of Rama in another mythological film and scheduling conflicts with his ongoing Pan-India projects.
Following this, the role of Ravana was offered to Kannada actor Yash. His performance, characterized by an aggressive look and intense expressions, has been noted by audiences as a highlight of the film. This development has become a subject of discussion on social media.
