Suryaa Entertainment Desk: Actor and director Justin Baldoni has sold his luxury home located in the Culver City area of Los Angeles for approximately 2.1 million dollars, which equates to nearly Rs 17.5 crore. Baldoni, who purchased the property in 2017, spent three years renovating the home and sold it for double the original purchase price.
Following legal disputes and controversies involving co-star Blake Lively, Baldoni has relocated his family to Nashville. Sources close to the actor indicated that the decision was made to seek a peaceful environment away from media pressure and controversy.
Although previous legal disputes were resolved through mutual agreements, Baldoni is prioritizing selling his California properties and settling in Nashville. The couple has purchased a new home in the new city valued at over Rs 28 crore and is currently focusing on film industry projects and family matters.
