Suryaa National Desk: A content creator dedicated to environmental protection and cleanliness is facing severe health problems after cleaning a polluted river. Surendra Singh Choudhary, who is popular on social media as Bittu Tabahi, hails from Madhya Pradesh. Driven by a goal to bring change to society, he personally entered a heavily polluted river, removed waste, and cleaned it twice. However, exposure to chemicals and sewage water has left him suffering from severe skin diseases.

Working long hours daily in the toxic river water resulted in severe rashes, itching, and intense pain on Choudhary's hands and legs. The infection caused by sewage waste has disrupted his daily life. Although doctors advised him to take appropriate precautions, he has not stepped back from his efforts for the public good.

Despite enduring severe physical suffering, Choudhary remains committed to his Swachh Bharat resolve. He takes doctor-prescribed medications every night to manage the body pain and infection, returning to clean the river again the next morning. Social media users and locals have expressed praise for his efforts for river cleanliness. Members of the public are requesting the government to provide him with proper protective gear and medical assistance.
