SuryaaNow Telangana Desk: 6 lakh students who have completed the course are getting certificates or awards. National BC says that the government is not listening to the cries of the students. 6 lakh students who have completed the course are getting certificates or awards. National BC Welfare Committee President and Rajya Sabha members R. Krishnaiah questioned the government whether the government is not listening to the cries of the students. The massive demonstration was led by Parlagorla Modirandev Yadav, Convener of the State BC Students Union. On this occasion R. Krishnaiah in his speech announced in the Assembly that the Chief Minister will give the budget. But it has not been released yet. Students are feeling hell because the budget is not released. If the arrears of fees are paid, the college management will take them. But the argument of the authorities to give it to the students is incorrect. After sanctioning the fees, the government should send a message to every student. It is suggested to send a message to each student with the details of the grant of Rythu Bandu to the farmers. Moreover, many students do not pay the fees, so the certificates are in the colleges. Some people come and collect from colleges after seeing the message after taking loan and getting sanction. It is a naive idea that the college management will take care of it. 30-40 percent are those who have paid fees and taken certificates. Rest 60 – 70 percent certificates are from colleges. Therefore, dues must not be paid. We have put up this scheme for students who cannot afford to pay the fees, lakhs of people are coming forward to study the educational courses to get free education depending on the scheme. Due to non-payment of these fee dues, the students are suffering a lot of hardships.
The owners are putting pressure on the college students to pay these fees and they are not giving certificates to those who have completed the course. Hall tickets are not given during the examination. Those who got certificates or jobs are taking loans and paying fees and taking certificates. Some people are losing their jobs because they cannot bring certificates. Certificates are not given to those who get seats in PG courses. This is stopping higher studies. Those who got jobs are not taking certificates or admissions even for those who got jobs in other countries. Job opportunities are being lost due to this. Even those who got seats to study abroad are unable to go without certificates. Even the Osmania University College authorities are not giving admissions to women students until they pay the fees. The special thing is that even for the second year admissions in all the colleges of the university, the government colleges are not giving admission until the fees are paid. 6 lakh people who have completed the course have kept their certificates in the college. They say that certificates will be given only if the fees are paid. Students are being harassed. Even university colleges and government colleges to charge fees is in defiance of government orders. This is very unfair. On the one hand, the chief minister is announcing that he will pay the arrears of fees. On the one hand, the High Court ruled that the certificates should not be used for fees. On the one hand there are government orders High Court Supreme Court judgments not to stop certificates to students. But in the college they are harassing the students. Private colleges do not give certificates. Even the government university college does not issue certificates.
Fees are being charged. It is said that certificates will be given after receiving the arrears of fees from the government. Or they are told to take fee paying certificates due to which the poor castes are unable to pay the fees and do not take the means certificates. As a result of this, lakhs of students who have passed the examinations of degree, engineering and other courses are losing job opportunities and higher education opportunities due to the arrival of certificates. It is wrong for the Chief Minister to repeatedly say that there is no budget for scholarships and reimbursement of fees, and therefore they are not paying. All schemes have a budget. No budget for scholarships fees for undergraduates! This is incorrect. 34 months pass since the Congress government came to power. In a period of 34 months, seven lakh crores of government revenue came to the government in the form of taxes, land sales and grants from the central government. Also they brought 4 lakh crores from various banks and other institutions. If the income is around 11 lakh crores, is there no money to give scholarship fees of 8000 crore rupees to the students? Thousands of crores of old dues have been paid to individual contractors who have done government works. But there is no money to pay scholarships and fees for 14 lakh students? Isn't it unfair? Future of students is not important! The fees and scholarship scheme brought revolutionary changes in the society. This is an investment scheme and this scheme has brought about a big change in the society. BC Student Union State Convenor Pallagorla Modirandev Yadav, BC Youth Union State President Jillapalli Anji, BC Welfare Association Working President Neela Venkatesh, BC Student Union State President Pagilla Satish, BC Vidyarthi Sangam State Convenor Nikhil Patel, Allam Yadaya, Suddagoni Naresh Goud, Ramanjaneyulu, Kiran, Raghupathi, Vamsi, Balayya and others participated.
