Suryaa Now Telangana Desk: Surya Bureau Spokesperson: BRS State General Secretary Dr. RS Praveen Kumar has said that the Congress has cheated the unemployed in the name of creating foreign jobs. Surya Bureau Spokesperson: BRS State General Secretary Dr. RS Praveen Kumar accused the Congress government of cheating the unemployed in the name of creating foreign jobs. He criticized them for collecting huge fees from the candidates saying that they would provide jobs in Germany through Tomcom and not sending many of the qualified ones abroad. Addressing a media conference held at Telangana Bhavan on Wednesday, he demanded that the fees be refunded to the victims and that Minister Vivek Venkataswamy and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy issue a public apology.

Praveen Kumar stated that Tomcom had advertised for technical, nursing, warehouse etc. jobs in Germany and decided to charge Rs. 4.1 lakh from each candidate. It is alleged that they were trained in German language for six months in Hyderabad and asked to pay another Rs.20 thousand for the B1 level examination. He said that while hundreds of people were trained, even ten of those who passed B1 level were not sent to Germany. He criticized that the contracts made with the candidates had only the name of the Fare Street company without the name of Tomcom, and the officials were telling the victims who asked for money back after not getting jobs to contact the relevant company.

Cases have been registered against the Fare Street Company on this matter and the money has been demanded to be returned to all the victims. He alleged that there were irregularities in the affairs related to the insurance scheme and outsourcing appointments in the labor department. He asked the government to answer these allegations and disclose the details of the candidates who got jobs abroad. They announced that they will fight on behalf of BRS until justice is done to the victims and legal action will be taken if necessary.
