Suryaa Business Desk: This Custom Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Packs Fighter Jet Styling and Flamethrowers Meet the Royal Enfield Spitfire 650 by Fast Fuel, a custom Shotgun 650 build with aircraft-inspired styling, flame throwers, ammunition-case saddlebags and a custom seat., Bike News, Times Now Royal Enfield Spitfire 650: Custom Shotgun 650 With Flamethrowers Fast Fuel has transformed the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 into the Spitfire 650, a custom motorcycle inspired by the Supermarine
Spitfire aircraft. Built for the 2026 Busted Knuckles Build Off in Australia, the project combines afterburner-style flame throwers with ammunition-case saddlebags and aviation-inspired detailing. The changes go beyond paintwork, extending to the taillight, handlebars and seat. Fast Fuel says the aim was to retain the Shotgun 650’s underlying character while creating a bike intended to remain road-registrable and usable. The result is a custom build and not a new production
model from Royal Enfield. At the rear, Fast Fuel has fitted a custom LED tail strip. Another notable detail is the hand-brushed bomber-teeth clutch cover, which references the graphics painted on wartime aircraft. Candy-red powder-coated components provide contrasting colour across the motorcycle. These changes are specific to Fast Fuel’s custom build and are not standard equipment on the production Shotgun 650. Royal Enfield Spitfire 650: Design The modifications follow the
builder’s stated aim of retaining the motorcycle’s usability while giving it a distinct identity. Royal Enfield Australia describes the Spitfire 650 as designed to remain road-registrable, reliable and usable, instead of being built solely as a display motorcycle. The official description does not specify any changes to engine output, suspension or braking hardware. It would therefore be inaccurate to present the Spitfire 650 as a performance-enhanced version of the Shotgun
