Suryaa Sports Desk: The Indian team, which has already won the series with three wins in the five-match short series against New Zealand, the fourth T20... Having already won the series with three wins in the short five-match series against New Zealand, the Indian team is fully prepared for the fourth T20I. Team India reached Auckland on Wednesday morning for this match which is scheduled to be played at Eden Park in Auckland on Friday. Scenes related to this are doing the rounds on social media. As part of this tour, wicket keeper batsman Ishan Kishan was injured in the first T20 match and missed the second and third T20s. In his place, the young cricketer Kumar Kushagra was selected by the management as a back-up player.
But Kusagra did not get a chance to play in the final team. Ishan Kishan has fully recovered from his injury and is ready to enter the fourth T20I ring after achieving full fitness. With this, Kumar Kusagra, who served as a backup player, left the Team India camp and immediately joined the India-A team. It is already known that the India-A team is touring New Zealand to play a three-match unofficial Test series. While the first unofficial test between the two teams ended in a draw, KL Rahul, Yashaswi Jaiswal, Devdutt Padikkal, Dhruv Jurel and Washington Sundar entered the ring in this match. Among these senior players competing for a place in the Test team, Padikkal was the only one who managed to grab everyone's attention with his brilliant performance.
The crucial second unofficial Test between India-A and New Zealand-A will start from October 31 at the Christchurch venue. In this background, as Kumar Kusagra, who was released from Team India, joined the India-A team camp directly, there are clear chances that he will get a chance to play in the upcoming Test match. On the other hand, Team India, who have already won the series, are hoping to continue their winning streak in the fourth T20I. Cricket fans are eagerly waiting to see what changes will happen in the final team with the return of Ishan Kishan or will the winning combination return to the ring.
