Suryaa Telangana Desk: Officials reported that a total of six complaints were received from the public during the Prajavani program held at the Miyapur circle office. Of these, three complaints pertained to the town planning department, two to the engineering department, and one to the UBD department. No complaints were received regarding the revenue, health and sanitation, UCD, electrical, irrigation, or veterinary departments.
DC Srinivas directed officials from the respective departments to thoroughly examine the grievances submitted by the public and resolve them within the stipulated timeframe. He further instructed officials to take appropriate measures to ensure the delivery of improved civic services and to prevent any delays in addressing public issues.
