Suryaa Entertainment Desk: Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor recently recalled the details of his marriage proposal to actress Alia Bhatt. The event took place at the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.
Ranbir planned the proposal in advance, coordinating with their guide and driver to stop at a specific location. He carried a ring and arranged for the guide to capture the moment on camera. During the proposal, three lions were present approximately 100 feet away. Despite the proximity of the animals, Ranbir proceeded to kneel and ask Alia to marry him.
Ranbir described the experience as a memorable moment in his life. He jokingly compared himself to a mouse and referred to Alia as a lioness. Alia had no prior knowledge of the surprise proposal.
The couple, who grew close during the filming of Brahmastra, were married on April 14, 2022, in Mumbai in the presence of family and close friends. They welcomed their daughter, Raha Kapoor, in November of the same year.
