For the Ramachandrapuram mandal, the fifth room at the S.K.P.G.N. Government High School has been designated as a strong room, with the sixth, seventh, and eighth rooms assigned as counting halls. These halls are equipped with seven, seven, and six tables respectively. For the K. Gangavaram mandal, the first room has been designated as a strong room, while the second, third, and fourth rooms will serve as counting halls, each equipped with six tables. In total, the plan includes two strong rooms, six counting halls, and 38 counting tables for both mandals.

The Collector instructed that continuous police security be provided at the strong rooms where ballot boxes are stored. Access to counting centers is restricted to authorized officials, staff, candidates, and agents in accordance with regulations.

Officials have been ordered to take precautionary measures to maintain law and order at the centers and to deploy necessary police forces. Furthermore, the Collector emphasized the strict enforcement of the election code of conduct, noting that victory celebrations, processions, and public meetings must comply with election rules. Election and police officials are directed to coordinate to ensure the counting process is conducted transparently and impartially.
