Sevalal Sena Suryapet District President Dharawat Ravinder Naik demanded immediate implementation of the assurances given to the tribals in the Chevella Declaration by the Congress government.
On Wednesday, State Vice President Dharawat Rajesh Naik and Councilor Jyoti Linga Naik unveiled the leaflets of the Tribal Galam Tandalo Nidra program. Speaking on the occasion, Ravinder Naik expressed his displeasure over the lack of ministerial position for Lambadis in the state cabinet. He demanded that reservation should be provided to SC, ST and BC in deemed universities and political opportunities should be provided to the plains tribals.
They demanded that the Gor Boli language of Lambadi should be included in the eighth schedule of the constitution and a tribal museum should be set up in the state capital along with Sevalal Maharaj Mandir. They asked the government to offer incense and honorarium to the tribal saints. District Chief Secretary Bhukya Nagu Naik, Social Media State President Tarun Naik, District Leaders Rajasekhar Naik, Harish Naik, Venkanna Naik, Manoj Naik, Saveya Naik, Raja Naik and others participated in this program.
