The decision was taken to maintain law and order in view of upcoming local body elections, including MPTC and ZPTC, as well as political and religious factors. Authorities noted that various political parties, organizations, and groups may call for rallies, processions, protests, public meetings, or bandhs, which could disrupt peace.

These orders are effective immediately, and legal action will be taken against violators under Section 30 and 31 of the Police Act 1861 and other relevant laws.
