Suryaa Telangana Desk: Medak Additional Collector Nagesh has instructed licensed surveyors to complete the land resurvey process with transparency and speed. During a review meeting held at the Collectorate office on Thursday, led by District Survey and Land Records Officer A.D. Kishan, the Additional Collector emphasized that the government-led resurvey must be conducted strictly according to regulations without any scope for corruption.

Nagesh directed that applications from the public regarding land surveys and F-line boundary identification must be resolved within the stipulated time frame. He warned that any negligence in duties or laxity in the resurvey process would result in the cancellation of licenses and strict action against the concerned surveyors.

Surveyors were advised to utilize modern technology, including DGPS, rovers, and total stations, to ensure accurate measurements and to update online land records promptly. The Additional Collector stated that farmers and the public should not be inconvenienced in the name of land surveys. He specified that only government-prescribed service fees should be collected, warning that any unauthorized charges would lead to disciplinary action.

Furthermore, he called for coordination between Tahsildars, Mandal surveyors, and licensed surveyors to resolve pending land issues and boundary disputes at the field level. The meeting was attended by Mandal surveyors and licensed surveyors from the district.
