Suryaa Business Desk: As domestic stock markets process second-quarter financial results, Dixon Technologies and Deepak Nitrite have attracted investor attention. HDFC Securities Institutional Equities has reviewed the September quarter reports of these companies and released revised target prices and growth estimates based on future operations and market opportunities.

Dixon Technologies, a leader in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) sector, recorded significant revenue expansion in the current quarter through strong sales. Analysts noted short-term challenges including mobile component costs, production-linked incentive (PLI) adjustments, and pressure on operating margins. However, HDFC Securities stated that long-term IT hardware expansion and laptop manufacturing opportunities will keep the company's order book strong, leading to a revised target price based on current market conditions.

Specialty chemicals firm Deepak Nitrite demonstrated solid profit growth, driven by the performance of its phenolics division. International supply chain constraints and increased domestic demand benefited the company's margins. The brokerage firm expressed cautious estimates regarding future returns, citing crude oil price fluctuations and uncertainty in the international chemical industry. Additionally, HDFC Securities maintained positive ratings for Phoenix Mills, based on consumer trends and mall expansion.

Brokerage sources stated that while corporate performance shows growth, market valuations remain high, requiring caution in stock selection. Experts suggest that investors should make decisions only after examining revenue growth stability, supply chain management, and capital allocation. These brokerage estimates suggest continued movement in these stocks during upcoming trading sessions.
