Suryaa Telangana Desk: The implementation of the Indiramma housing scheme in the Endapalli mandal is facing criticism due to alleged administrative negligence. Under the scheme, the state government sanctions five lakh rupees per house, with 3.40 lakh rupees deposited directly into the beneficiary's bank account. The remaining balance is intended to be provided through the central government’s MGNREGS scheme.
Beneficiaries in Munjampalli village report that they have not received the financial assistance linked to the MGNREGS portion. Although two months have passed since the roof slabs were laid, the relevant officials have reportedly failed to upload the required construction photographs to the online portal.
Beneficiaries stated that despite submitting the necessary documentation, no action has been taken by the officials. Residents are now calling for higher authorities to investigate the cause of the delay, take action against those responsible, and ensure the pending financial assistance is released to the beneficiaries.
