Suryaa News Desk: A depression formed in the Bay of Bengal has strengthened into a severe cyclone named Murasu and is moving rapidly towards the Andhra Pradesh coast. Currently traveling at a speed of over 20 kilometers per hour, the storm is impacting the coastal regions of the state. According to estimates by the Meteorological Department, the system will gain further strength in the West Central Bay of Bengal by Monday to transform into a severe cyclone.
The cyclone is expected to cross the coast between Nellore and Narsapuram on the morning of November 3. At the time of landfall, turbulent conditions are anticipated in the sea along with severe winds reaching speeds of 100 to 120 kilometers per hour.
