Hyderabad, Major News Correspondent: Kim's Renova Cancer Institute, Kondapur has launched a special program with the aim of providing breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation services at a single platform. This program, made available as part of Pink October, has been designed in three sections namely B-Ready, B-Ahead and B-U. The main objectives are to detect cancer with advanced tests through B-Ready, provide treatments like surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy through B-Ahead with expert coordination, and provide post-treatment rehabilitation services through B-U.
Physiotherapy, nutritional counseling, mental health support and yoga services will be provided in the specially arranged 'pink room'. Chairman and Managing Director of KIM's Hospitals, Dr. Bhaskar Rao Bollineni said, if lumps or abnormal changes are seen in the breast, it is advised to consult the doctors immediately.
