Suryaa Telangana Desk: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy celebrated Diwali at a newly constructed Indiramma house in Parsapur village, Kodangal mandal, Vikarabad district on Sunday. The Chief Minister inaugurated the house built by beneficiaries Goripalli Sumitra and Srinivas and presented them with new clothes.
Following the inauguration, the Chief Minister partook in a meal prepared with fine rice supplied by the government at the beneficiaries' residence. The event was attended by Legislative Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Ministers Damodara Raja Narasimha, Jupally Krishna Rao, Danasari Anasuya (Seethakka), Member of Parliament Vem Narendar Reddy, and several legislators.
After the meal, the Chief Minister participated in the "Ma Indiramma Intlo Diwali" program. He joined local children in bursting firecrackers and distributed pens to the children present.
