Suryaa Telangana Desk: A major land scam has been uncovered in the Kollur area of Sangareddy district, located on the outskirts of Hyderabad. An investigation by the Telangana CID has confirmed the illegal mutation of approximately 3 acres of land valued at Rs 90 crore.
Officials found that digital land records were tampered with in violation of the Bhubharathi Act-2025. In connection with this case, CID officials arrested four suspects, including a Bhubharathi operator. The arrested individuals have been identified as Shiva, Rajender, Pavan, and Mahesh. They were produced before a court, which remanded them to judicial custody. The CID is continuing its investigation into the roles of others involved in the manipulation of records and the misuse of the portal.
