Education Staff Reporter: Women employees have expressed outrage that the authorities are trying to remove the ladies common hall set up by the UGC for women employees in the SVU administration building. A room which was set up ambitiously for the women employees of the varsity under the name of Basic Facilities for Women has not been accessible to the employees for the last two years. The room was used as a store room.
The employees complain that they have brought this matter to the attention of the authorities many times but no result is being seen. At present, the officials are complaining that it is outrageous that the room is ready to be handed over to TCS for evaluation of exams. They are questioning why women are removed without minimum humanity. -Requested many times.
More than 50 women employees have written to the authorities not to remove the ladies common hall set up for women. But it is reported that the officials ignored their request and dismissed it as necessary for TCS duties. The employees are expressing awe that the officer loves the TCS company more than the comfort of the women employees working in the university. They complain that there is no sense in handing over the Ladies' Common Hall to them even though many buildings in the varsity are vacant for examination purposes. CM Goud Tirupati Stop Reporter
